We primarily work with food and beverages brands on both their branding and packaging design systems.

Typically a project will include a visual identity system and 2-3 flagship SKUs.

We do one-time projects for individual SKUs, depending on our availability.

We also work in the hospitality and cosmetic industries.

Branding packages start at $2500

Packaging design starts at $4500 for 2-4 flagship SKUs

Individual SKUs (i.e. one product in one flavour) projects range from $750-$1500 and are only taken on depending on availability

A branding-only project will take 2-4 approximately weeks.

A packaging-only project can be in the range of 3-6 weeks, depending on the number of SKUs involved.

A branding and packaging project can be on the order of 2-6 months. This depends on whether things like suppliers, nutritional panels, ingredient lists, and barcodes are already determined or not.

Eye Candy Design is made up of owner Amanda DeVries and designer Emily Barnes.

Amanda provides strategy development, creative direction, design services, and client management.

Emily provides custom illustration and does a myriad of tasks related to each project.

We also have a network of copywriters, photographers, translators, and compliance reviewers who we bring in as needed.

We are constantly in awe of all things vintage, and this definitely informs our process. However our mission is to respect that heritage and elevate it to a modern sensibility.
